Reverse Engineering - Water Treatment Brogan & Patrick Mfg.Corp. has the ability to completely reverse engineer any existing part without a drawing.

Brogan & Patrick Mfg.Corp. was able to reverse engineer this Flange Plate and Adapter used in a water treatment plant for large municipality. The parts were brought to Patrick with no drawing and very little knowledge of how they were initially made.

The parts were carefully inspected through our various quality equipment. From there a 3D SolidWorks file was designed to the client’s acceptance. Finally, the parts were machined out of PVC and CPVC per the customer’s request.

Brogan & Patrick Mfg.Corp. has the ability to take your existing parts, without a drawing or file, and create a SolidWorks file that can be used for manufacturing purposes.
